Budapest, often referred to as the "Paris of the East," is a city of stunning architecture, rich history, and a vibrant cultural scene. Over the next few blogs we will be covering all of the city's must-see attractions and landmarks that make it one of Europe's most captivating destinations. 1. Buda Castle Constructed in 1265 and perched majestically atop the Buda hill, the Buda Castle is a UNESCO World Heritage Site which reigns as a symbol of Budapest's historical grandeur. Since its construction, the Buda Castle has actually been destroyed and rebuilt several times throughout the years.  At the heart of the castle complex lies the Royal Palace, a masterpiece of architectural beauty. Here you can walk in the footsteps of kings and queens as you explore opulent chambers, grand halls, and royal courtyards. You can also visit the Hungarian National Gallery and the Budapest History Museum within the palace walls, where art and history converge.  My favourite part ab
